A big shout out to all of the volunteers for the Alpenglow 2010 used equipment swap. Thanks to all of your help, the swap was up in numbers by about 30% of 2009! Because of that, we raised more money to give to the Idaho River Kids, a non profit org that helps get kids in to kayaking. go to www.idahoriverkids.org to find out how you can participate.
The boat swap day April 17th brought 75 degrees and sun which brought people out early and put them in the mood to shop! At the same time as the swap, Alpenglow was having its new sale. If you could't find used, it could be bought new and on sale!
It's time to get on the water. The first heat wave brought the SF Payette up to 5000cfs. Wow! water has since come back down to a respectable 3000 cfs. Still moderately high. Warm weather will be here again soon!
